I’m Phoenix Lauren Kay. As a pre-licensed therapist, I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they embark on the deeply personal journey of self-exploration, healing, and intentional living. If you’re here, you’ve already taken the first—and often the most courageous—step, and I commend you for it.
My approach is highly personalized and collaborative, designed to meet your unique needs, goals, and desires. I weave together a strengths-based perspective, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, mindfulness practices, and somatic work to support meaningful and lasting change. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore and connect with your most authentic self. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming environment for all identities, genders, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyles.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum mental health, relationship and communication challenges, attachment patterns, self-esteem, and navigating life transitions. I also bring specialized insight into the unique mental health needs of athletes and performers, drawing from my background as a certified fitness and mindset coach (NASM-CPT, Reiki L1M) and former professional dancer. This experience fuels my passion for integrating mind-body connection and nervous system regulation through somatic approaches such as breathwork, visualization, and movement.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in every person’s capacity for growth and transformation. I view therapy as a co-creative process—and I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and clarity as you move forward.
