Our Team
Nina Oleynikov, MHC-I
Nina offers a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in familiar patterns. She helps clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful change.
Her approach is collaborative and integrative, tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Nina draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness-based modalities, and somatic practices. She supports clients in recognizing unhelpful thought patterns, navigating difficult emotions, developing practical coping skills, and taking steps toward a life aligned with their values.
As a certified yoga teacher and lifelong dancer, Nina brings an appreciation for the connection between the body and emotional well-being. She incorporates mindful awareness and grounding practices to help clients understand their emotional and physical responses, strengthen emotional regulation, and feel more grounded and connected.
Nina works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She encourages curiosity and self-compassion, meeting clients where they are and supporting growth at a pace that honors their readiness and goals.
