Our Team

Morgan Crawley, MHC-I

I welcome adolescents, adults, couples, and families from all cultures, backgrounds, identities, sexual orientations, and belief systems. I have a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties navigating interpersonal dynamics. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling to make sense of your experiences, therapy can provide a space for reflection, healing, and growth.

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and client-centered. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, supportive, and responsive to the unique experiences each person brings. Together, we will cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional presence, and connection to your values while developing practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Drawing from mindfulness-based practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and relational approaches, I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs and goals.

I believe that change is one of life’s few constants, and that growth often emerges through our willingness to engage with uncertainty rather than avoid it. In the therapeutic space we create together, I aim to help you navigate change with greater awareness, flexibility, resilience, and self-trust. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we begin by understanding what is happening in the present moment, building a foundation that allows for meaningful and lasting transformation. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and support as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
