Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, and in those moments, having a space to pause, reflect, and process can make all the difference. Therapy offers that space—a place where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity, self-compassion, and without judgment. My role is to walk alongside you in this process, helping you gain clarity, cultivate self-awareness, and develop the tools to navigate life’s complexities with confidence.
At the heart of my approach is collaboration—creating a therapeutic environment where you feel truly heard, valued, and supported in your growth. Whether you are seeking healing, self-discovery, or simply a place to process life’s transitions, I strive to meet you where you are with warmth and understanding. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, genders, and orientations and have experience working with individuals navigating multicultural and international identities, career and educational transitions, the pressures of athletics, and concerns related to food and body image.
As a counselor-in-training, I integrate Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help you make sense of your story, build deeper connections, and implement meaningful, practical strategies in your daily life. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and together, we will tailor our work to align with your needs, strengths, and goals.
