Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, and in those moments, having a space to pause, reflect, and process can make all the difference. Therapy offers that space—a place where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity, self-compassion, and without judgment. My role is to walk alongside you in this process, helping you gain clarity, cultivate self-awareness, and develop the tools to navigate life’s complexities with confidence.
At the heart of my approach is collaboration—creating a therapeutic environment where you feel truly heard, valued, and supported in your growth. Whether you’re looking for support, insight, or a space to process life transitions, I aim to offer a collaborative and grounded environment, working with adults and teens across backgrounds, genders, and orientations. I have experience supporting people navigating anxiety, sexual trauma, multicultural and international identities, and relationships with food and body image.
I’m trauma-certified and practice from a trauma-informed lens. My work integrates Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Inner Child work, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building practical coping strategies, and moving toward goals that matter to you.
Therapy is a process, and meaningful change takes time. My role is to provide support, offer perspective when helpful, and help you build greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
