Therapy, to me, is like renovating the living room of your mind—the space you return to every day. Together, we’ll choose what feels supportive and grounding: a steadier foundation, softer places to land, and lighting that allows you to see yourself more clearly. Along the way, we’ll also learn how to repair, restore, and care for what already exists within you.

My approach is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment. I strive to create a space defined by empathy, compassion, patience, and genuine acceptance—where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore every part of your experience. From that foundation, we work collaboratively toward your goals, nurturing the parts of you that need healing while strengthening the parts that are already resilient. I will support you fully, while also gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back from the life you want.

I take a client-centered, present-focused approach to each session, integrating evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. My work draws from psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-based interventions. I prioritize transparency and open communication, ensuring that you feel aligned with the process and empowered in your growth every step of the way.
