Navigating life’s transitions, pain, and uncertainty can feel overwhelming, isolating, and at times, directionless. I know this not only through my clinical work — but through my own lived experience. There were moments in my life when I found myself searching desperately for answers, hoping to fix the discomfort I was carrying. But what truly brought healing wasn’t just finding solutions — it was being offered a space where I could speak freely, be deeply heard, and feel fully seen. That kind of presence was healing in itself, and it’s exactly what I aim to offer in my work with clients.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families — creating therapeutic spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and curious about their growth. My work often focuses on supporting clients through the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, and the often complex and nonlinear process of healing from trauma. I also work with those exploring identity, navigating life transitions, rebuilding relationships, or reconnecting with a sense of self. Whether someone is grieving, growing, or simply trying to make sense of where they are, I believe that healing begins by being met with empathy, consistency, and care.
My approach is rooted in presence, connection, and curiosity. I see therapy as a collaborative space where we work together to understand your inner world, access your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, more free, and more meaningful. My goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your agency, and your truth. You don’t have to carry it all alone. You deserve a space where you feel heard, held, and supported.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University. I bring a trauma-informed and integrative lens to therapy, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My clinical work is informed by training in Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method for Couples, and Collaborative-Dialogical Practices.
I provide therapy for LGBTQ+ youth navigating anxiety, depression, and identity concerns; adolescents and families experiencing relational and communication challenges; teens struggling with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and self-esteem; and adults working through depression, anxiety, or questions around self and purpose. I also support survivors of domestic violence and abuse, as well as individuals seeking deeper personal growth and healing. I work with children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and identity exploration.
Wherever you are in your journey, I believe in meeting you with compassion, presence, and respect — and in holding space for the parts of you that are ready to be seen and supported.
