Isabella Pettus, MHC-I

My name is Isabella Pettus, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling at New York University. I am a dedicated mental health counselor and artist, committed to a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. Recognizing the unique qualities of each client, I tailor treatment plans to align with their specific wellness goals.

Central to my therapeutic practice is a profound belief in the innate potential of every individual to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. I am passionate about helping clients access their inner strengths to foster positive growth and healing.

I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Couples Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. This comprehensive methodology enables me to address each client’s unique needs effectively.

My professional experience encompasses working with adolescents, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA community. I am committed to providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and secure environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered. My goal is to offer holistic support, guiding clients toward a life enriched with joy and self-love.
