Ana Garcia, MHC-I
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and the ongoing process of self-discovery. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we create a space to explore these experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and build a more authentic and fulfilling life. Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I believe that growth and change are lifelong processes, and this philosophy guides my work as a therapist. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Family Systems approaches, I help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.
I recognize the significant impact that factors such as gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, family dynamics, and social experiences can have on mental health and overall well-being. I approach these aspects of identity with curiosity, empathy, cultural humility, and deep respect. My goal is to provide a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, strengthen their resilience, and move toward the life they want to create.
